Combined feature and implementation tables. RE: Revision 1 update to Fortran standard conformance tables
Following the comments below we have produced combined tables.
Hopefully these will be easier to work with

Thank you for the spread sheets, but would you kindly
send me the merged version of the sheets for F2008 and F2018, respectively?
Currently, the sheet for Y/N of the features and the sheet that describes
the corresponding features are
separated, so it is trouble to check the correspondence.
